About Us

Greenstar Biopackaging is the U.S. subsidiary of BioStar, supplying PLA-based compostable packaging as an alternative to conventional plastics for retail, food service, logistics, and agriculture markets.

Our team includes PhD experts from the Bio-Materials Research Lab at Michigan State University and the Zhejiang University–BioStar Joint Lab for biopolymers, with over 15 years developing and commercializing bio-packaging with global brands, including supply to Wilson.

Our expertise includes bio-polymer material and products development, modification and manufacturing.
